We're back after the most challenging conference in my life: physically and mentally difficult. Mentally - not about the elections (i was qiute calm, my LCP term taught me a lot how to accept things easier), about the politics that exists in our beautiful organization. And it is created by people, sorry to mention.
You can't imnagine how happy i was when our LC received award - this is pobably the best feeling for LCP when the LC is recognized, when you know that all efforts didn't come in vain - what can be better for LCP??? And we didn't expect it at ll. Expect unexpected and if you want something - the whole universe will come to support you - in this i truly believe.
I love my new team - really strong and passionate personalities, and my boss is just amazing - i wish us to have the greatest year ever and reach our dreams.
The main concern that i have for this month - how to empower right people to challnge themselves and follow the dreams which scare them a lot. Uhh, need some advises.
Just feeling happy and balanced
