It's been almost 3 weeks when i'm at home sinсe the trip to Portugal had finished, but still i'm keeping all my sweet memories about the country and conference. What is really strange and plesant - i see dreams almost every day. Not only about Portugal, but about everything: the book i'm reading, members from my LC, my parents. And i feel so good waking up each morning. I'm sure for 100% that thi is influence of my stay in another country and fully comfortable environment.
A lot was already said about EuroCo, Portugal, exciting trip with 6 more LCPs, and here now i just want to summarize all the best mremories from it.
- Portugal is the best european at the time latin country. There you'll see traditions from latin soap opera, people screaming on the streets, a lot of fruits
- swimming in the ocean, jumping with the waves - you just need to experience that
- session from PAI about his vision of leadership, his amazing life story, his staying at the party till the very end:)
- faci team from MCPs and their @XP, which turned out to be so different that i used to see/have
- speaking to a lot of LCPs from @countries who have the same problems/issues/successes as me, and experience the same XP:))
The main important thing which i now keep on telling to my members - don't be upset and don't quit AIESEC if you weren't selected to the position you really wanted. Decide for yourslef what AIESEC really means to you - if it means a lot - another opportunity is just waiting for you and will create a new way for you - toatally not according to your plan, but the most right for you.
And one more:)) have your own expectations towards the conference and don't follow to the advice of other. coming to EuroCo i was expecting it to be inefficient etc. - it turned to be one of the best conferences i've ever attended. And now i feel inspired to lead my LC as best as i can.

День відпочинку
Який сьогодні день хороший, коли тобі ніхто не дзвонить, не просить щось зробити, кудись прибігти, день присвячений собі і своїм думкам.
Побувала у бабці, прочитала пару розділів вже улюбленої книги, поспілкувалась з батьками, подумала просто про хороші речі, людей, свої цілі... На посаді ЛСРа важко викроїти такі хвилинки, бо цілими днями проводжу на зустрічах, розмовах, чатах. В перемішку з парами:)) Коли була в борді знаходила час для себе і своїх думок, можливо, тому, що моя робота не залежала більшим чином від людей, тільки трошки, а все решту - сама розприділяла коли робити, в якому порядку. Тепер доводиться контролювати, мотивувати, не забувати, не лінуватись, планувати, щиро вірити. І ще - проводити дні у зустрічах, відповідати на безліч дзвінків та питань, навіть за найменшої необхідності. Але цей досвід такий цінний для мене, я просто навіть не могла уявити, наскільки! І наскільки важливим для мене стане все, що його стосується. Його варто прожити у житті і насолоджуватись кожного дня.
Радію, що зараз все добре. Нехай так буде якнайчастіше

Post-conference mood
Back after Autumn Conference. I'm really amazed by the work MC team did, preparing it and making it really very productive and full of feedbacks and networking. Our EB team just enjoyed each word Lucas pronounced and all his ideas regarding 20th anniversary in our LC and X, his sessions. Now i really expect him in our LC, and inspire us to do and achieve more.
My second discovery at the conference was my team and all the challenges we face working and living together. But now i know for sure these are the right people for me to work with and the team i could ever dream about..JPG)

I'm grateful to God for giving me this chance - to lead LC, people whom i love and adore, every moment that i experience each day of my term. This is everyday growing, changing and seeing how people become great with each day!!!
What was the most i enjoyed at the conference:
- LCP commission. These people wake me up and motivate with their everyday work for their LCs. I could feel it in every second of our conversations. And i'm so happy that with some of them i bacame friends. Thank you Vladka, Ritos, Mas'ka,Mayka, Lyubka, Makha, Tukha and Kuzmenchyk, you're great leaders and commited AIESECers!!!
- GCPs sharing I'm amazed by the oppeness of people and proactive approach of @UA members
- Global village - our cooperation with LC Donetsk, all that fun that we had with 2 EBs and the networking effect it had on both LCs
Inspired... aha-aha i like it:)

simple words
Sitting in my room, trying to start writing motions for LCC. Speaking with my member Artem i thought how many great people sorounded me. Really. For him it costs nothing to tell me that from tomorrow is getting colder, and i should take something warm with me. But for me these careful words are like a gift, the warmest words in the world. And they made my day today. Thank you

це все про людей
Людям подобається робити боляче іншим людям. Подобається бути лицемірами, подобається одного дня всюди зазначати мої хороші і смішні риси, іншого - бути корисливими, ще іншого- облити з ніг до голови брудом і неправдивими домислами. На третій день все піде знову по колу. Добре, що хоч вибирають день, коли я не сильно щаслива і змучена, щоб часом не розстроїлась на очах у всіх. переживають за мене.
Невже AIESEC не в силі змінити таких людей? Щоб вони забули про свій егоїзм і побачили, що більшість людей навколо бажають добра!? і не тільки їм?! І не тому, щоб була виконана робота чи прохання. не тому!!! просто так.
Я пам*ятаю дуже добре слова свого попередника-ЛСРа, і вони дійсно помагають дуже часто мені у різних ситуаціях, які виникають у ЛК. Але часто не знаю, що робити з тими протиріччями, які боряться в мені і сприяють тому, щоб рішення були немудрими. Як їх позбутись? Напевно, потрібно виробити у собі дуже-дуже сильну силу волі. Але питання як і коли???

Deep from my heart
It's such a great feeling when you love someone, think about someone all the time, dream about someone. When you can't stop smiling thinking about him...
Yes, i'm in love :) After 4 years of creating a wall around me and not letting anyone into my heart. And this feeling is just shining. I don't know what will be by the end of the day and what is that i may face opening my heart to him, but i enjoyed telling about my love openly and accepting it in myself. Now i really wonder if there's a chance to be together. Most of all I want to make it happen.

Зараз читаю книжку "Шантарам". Про Індію. Надзвичайно цікава і така правдива, зі всіма страхами і проблемами нашого життя. Так ось, головний герой втік з австралійської тюрми в Індію, де намагється почати життя спочатку, кожного дня відкриваючи для себе цю країну. І ось він постійно задається питанням що для нього в житті є найважливіше. Для його індійських друзів - це гроші, могутність. Для нього - це свобода. Ну, зрозуміло, чому.
І ось я також вирішила задуматись, що ж для мене є важливим. Повірте, не вперше:) Ним виявилась свобода. Свобода дій, думки та місцяперебування. Свобода вибирати те, чим хочу займатись, і що приносить мені задоволення. Не знаю, що буде через місяць, два, 12, але зараз це саме те.
А для вас що важливо?
